Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients in person at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists from bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience, building lasting client relationships and promoting local growth. You’ll engage directly with customers, handle complex tax scenarios, and participate in

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and business tax advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development and may be asked to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear explanations.
