Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will support clients from start to finish, partner with specialists for comprehensive services, and help grow the local customer base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, client education, and collaboration with Intuit teams to deliver a complete financial solution for individuals and small businesses.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual channels.
