Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, expanding the local client base and promoting the full Intuit ecosystem.

The role requires on-site presence at a TurboTax location in the United States and offers a strong compensation package. You will engage with diverse tax situations, from simple W-2s to complex business and life events, collaborating with specialists to deliver

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and mutual referrals.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
