Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem of products. This onsite role emphasizes personal client relations, community outreach, and end-to-end service across tax, bookkeeping, and payroll solutions.

You will build a local client base, deliver personalized tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to ensure a comprehensive financial picture for each client.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Connect clients to Complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
