Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a complete Intuit experience. You’ll help grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and ensure a high-quality customer journey from discovery to year-round support.

Qualifications

• ,
• Must have EA/CPA/Attny status with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hrs/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via TurboTax tools.
