Intuit is seeking Live TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice. You will connect clients with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will help grow the local client base through community engagement, events, and grass-roots marketing while maintaining a focus on personalized service and year-round

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s.
• Proficiency with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite hours 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in marketing.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Engage customers in person and via Intuit tools.
