Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advise on deductions, and use TurboTax tools to support clients in person and virtually, collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, act as community ambassador, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and participate in local events.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end client service.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Willingness to train and upskill in additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the local community and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
