Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and provide software support, while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, build trust in the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location
• Interest in community-building and local growth initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax clients
• Engage with local communities to grow the client base and referrals
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Build lasting relationships to drive loyalty and recurring business
• Deliver exceptional customer service using TurboTax tools and resources
