Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in California. You will provide on-site tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with a nationwide network of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support.

This role includes building your local client base, hosting community events, and connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. Onsite hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak season.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
