On-site, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support, while connecting with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and planning to deliver a complete, end-to-end client experience. You’ll act as a local ambassador, grow the client base through community outreach, build lasting relationships, and ensure excellent service from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with at least 20

Qualifications

• Must hold active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services with training provided.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear uniforms; trustworthy and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships.
