Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Guide clients through Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
