Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build relationships with local clients, attract new customers, and help grow TurboTax’s presence through community outreach and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours; training may be required.
• Must wear company uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex returns.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base and network.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist via in-person and video tools.
