Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end client experiences.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit resources to offer year-round support while maintaining high service standards and client trust.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal/business returns.
• Lead local outreach, build a new client base, and foster community relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local events and partnerships with marketing support.
