Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver expert advice, and work with a team of specialists to present a seamless Intuit experience for clients in the local community. You’ll engage with individuals and small businesses, building relationships, driving growth, and offering planning services beyond basic tax filing.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney experience with strong tax knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Develop long-term client relationships and offer ongoing tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
