Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to chart a complete financial path for each client.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
