Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, connecting them to the broader Intuit ecosystem for advisory services and ongoing support. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual line 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, driving local growth and building a new local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a seamless tax journey.
