Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

The role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and a strong customer-focused approach, with onsite hours and opportunities to deepen client relationships across tax-related services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
