Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s/season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Develop local growth through outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for complex scenarios to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
