Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll partner with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, grow the local client base, and build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding customer experiences. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement and use of Intuit tools to help clients reach financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 hours; potential peak-season scaling.
• Must complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; can involve content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and engage with the community.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and Credit Karma services.
• Build Relationships - convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure client goals are met with professional service.
