Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build a local client base, and collaborate with a team to offer holistic financial services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Responsibilities include advising on taxes, driving community outreach, and maintaining relationships to ensure year-round support and client loyalty.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
