Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling full-service tax returns and offering expert advice.

You will partner with a cross-functional team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, grow your local client base, and provide ongoing tax planning within the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will engage clients in-person and virtually, manage complex tax scenarios, and help build trust within the community while

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit-provided uniforms for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
