Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and expert tax advice. You will serve clients in local TurboTax locations, support complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.

You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community events with support from TurboTax marketing tools. The role requires in-person presence and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax preparation and advising clients on personal and business tax scenarios.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language.
• Comfort with on-site client meetings and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax business through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
