Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing full-service tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience, from initial discovery sessions to planning, and work to grow a local client base while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using pro tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools, addressing tax questions and planning.
