Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

The role focuses on full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while also growing the local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists to deliver a seamless, year-round experience. You will work on-site, serve both in-person and virtual customers, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, from simple W-2s to business

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience required.
• Experience filing 1040s using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Upskilling into additional service types with training provided by Intuit is encouraged.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location with defined hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and facilitate ongoing client engagement across channels.
