Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and collaborative support with a team of specialists. You’ll serve clients in person and virtually while expanding the local client base and delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

The role emphasizes in-depth tax advisory, relationship-building with community partners, and leveraging Intuit marketing tools to grow the business while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be okay with name/photo advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local growth driver, building a new client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as part of a holistic service.
• Build relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax-related questions using TurboTax tools.
