Intuit seeks year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax advice and preparation services in local TurboTax offices across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, building a new customer base and representing Intuit in community events.

The role emphasizes on-site work, flexible hours during peak season, and ongoing training to expand into additional services such as bookkeeping and payroll. A strong focus on customer experience and local market growth is expected.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparation services for simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local outreach to build a new customer base and act as a local TurboTax ambassador.
• Organize local events and leverage marketing tools to grow client base and brand awareness.
• Develop client relationships and connect them to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping or payroll.
