Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients maximize refunds while acting as a trusted local ambassador for Intuit.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, hosting financial literacy events, and cross-selling Intuit services within your community, using marketing tools and resources provided by TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build local market presence as a TurboTax Ambassador through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop client relationships and introduce Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
