Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare tax returns for individual and small business clients.
• Ability to provide ongoing tax advice and planning.

• Experience with TurboTax products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person and virtually.
• Maintain compliance and upskill across service types as needed.
