Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for clients at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite, connect with customers, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base, offer personalized tax planning, and participate in community outreach. The role emphasizes in-person service, accuracy, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
