Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, working closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will help grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with the community, and partner with marketing tools to build lasting relationships that drive loyalty and prosperity.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
