Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and support software usage, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with your name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to raise local brand awareness and trust.
