Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks an Engineering Project Manager for Gas Turbines R&D to lead a global IPT focused on turbine blades and vanes, coordinating design, manufacturability, serviceability and fleet introduction.

The role requires 10+ years in R&D project leadership across aerodynamics, heat transfer and mechanical design, with strong communication and intercultural skills; authorized to work in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading R&D initiatives.
• Experience guiding aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design across regions.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary and global IPT developing turbine blades and vanes.
• Mentor IPT members in aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical design to achieve objectives.
• Manage interfaces with manufacturing, service, technology and other engineering interfaces.
• Ensure turbine project is completed on schedule, within budget, and complies with technical specifications.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks and report progress to the engine level PM and stakeholders.
