The role emphasizes coordinating interfaces across engineering, manufacturing, service, and procurement, keeping projects on schedule and within budget while managing risks and reporting progress to the engine-level PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 10+ years leading R&D PM in design, aerodynamics, heat transfer, and manufacturing.
• Proven experience guiding multi-regional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT for turbine blades and vanes in Large Gas Turbines R&D.
• Coordinate interfaces with manufacturing, service, and other engineering domains.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and technical specs.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks.
• Report progress to the engine level PM and stakeholders.
