Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee the PM of technical issues across Generators, Gas Turbines, and Steam Turbines. You will drive root-cause analysis, solution verification, and fleet-wide implementation while ensuring adherence to the Product Integrity Process.

You will lead cross-functional IPT teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with internal customers to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions that meet customer expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project engineering or system integration experience in R&D or manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge on Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and/or Generators.
• Proven Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership.
• Strong communication in a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Program Management of scope, schedule, budget, and on-time delivery of technical issue projects.
• Conduct Risk Management and develop mitigations to minimize costs and reliability impacts.
• Ensure programs comply with Product Integrity Process while driving progress and completion.
• Define and manage scope of issues to ensure successful completion.
• Develop schedule and budget risk mitigation plans and control to requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis, solution development and verification.
• Lead validation activities and fleet implementation of solutions.
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure integrated solutions.
• Interact with end users to understand needs of customers.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial sides of the business and other departments.
