Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for Gas Turbines to drive a global, multidisciplinary effort focused on turbine blades and vanes.

You will guide teams across aerodynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical integrity, coordinating with manufacturing, service, procurement, and program management to achieve project goals. The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering (Master's/PhD preferred) and 10+ years in PM or manufacturing with gas turbine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years in project management or technical manufacturing; gas turbines experience required.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in guiding teams across regions and diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a global Integrated Product Team developing gas turbine blades and vanes.
• Guide IPT members in aerodynamics, heat transfer, mechanical design and integrity to meet objectives.
• Manage interfaces with manufacturing, service, and other engineering domains (casing, rotor, combustion, performance).
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet specifications.
• Identify and manage technical and commercial risks.
• Regularly report progress to the engine-level PM and stakeholders.
