Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee project management of technical issues across Generators, Gas Turbines, and Steam Turbines. You will drive problem definition, root-cause analysis, and solution verification within the Product Integrity Process to minimize non-conformance costs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with internal customers to ensure validated, integrated solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical, aeronautical, or electrical engineering.
• Experience leading integrated product teams (IPTs).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Program management of scope, schedule, budget, and on-time delivery for technical issue projects.
• Lead root-cause analysis, solution development, verification, and fleet implementation.
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure integrated solutions.
• Interact with end users to understand external and internal customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams across the business.
