Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate daily turbine assembly tasks, including rotor construction, base and mid-section erection, and component offloads. You will ensure production schedules are met, enforce safety, and supervise crew performance on site across projects.

The role requires travel to various jobsites (up to 90%), coordination with the project team, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
• Set a personal example of safe behavior.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew workers.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications for rotor and turbine assembly.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet schedule.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure maintenance and safety compliance.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice and support project Superintendent.
