The Mechanical Foreman will supervise daily pipe fitting, welding, and light mechanical activities, while coordinating crew, equipment, and material logistics to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires reading prints, performing take-offs, enforcing OSHA safety, and guiding a team to meet quality and productivity goals on challenging

• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily Pipe fitting, welding, and light mechanical/rigging activities
• Assess workforce, material, tool, and construction equipment needs and arranges for these components to support the needs of the project
• Able to analyze productivity trends and adjust work activities to optimize production
• Review cost reports and projections and act to effectively manage job costs to levels within the contract budget
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the Company's Safety Program
