Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Instrumentation Foreman to plan and supervise all phases of installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems at project sites. You will coordinate daily crew activities, monitor quality, and ensure safety compliance across multiple jobs.

The role requires travel to various job sites, strong leadership, and experience in supervisory duties within industrial environments. The position is full-time and on-site with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, perform, and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems.
• Plan daily crew activities and ensure productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate equipment needs and ensure operators are qualified.
• Travel to different job sites as required.
