Job summary

MasTec is seeking a construction supervisor to directly plan, supervise, and participate in field activities across our Clean Energy & Infrastructure projects. You will oversee trade workers, manage crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on active sites.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of construction experience, with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years experience in construction field work or construction trade training and 5 years experience in construction field work.
• Ability to effectively write and communicate through email and written letter correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate in client meetings and crew meetings.
• Basic computer skills for spreadsheet, word processing and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and participate in construction activities.
• Direct crew and coordinate with project staff to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Maintain safety inspections and report on incidents and near misses.
• Ensure work meets schedule, safety, and quality standards.
