Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in turbine manufacturing, rotating equipment, or power generation.
• Strong knowledge of machining, casting, welding, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for turbine components.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and DFМ initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for turbine assembly and testing.
