Aurelia Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to lead turbomachinery and power generation product lifecycles in a technically focused role based near Houston, TX, with remote consideration for qualified candidates. You will partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive big-impact improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, lifecycle management, and a strong drive for continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Program Management within an OEM or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with turbomachinery, automotive engines, powertrains, power generation, or similar complex mechanical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the product roadmap and lifecycle of complex mechanical products, focusing on enhancements and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to implement changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for product investments and enhancements.
• Coordinate product changes, NPI, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish and improve product management processes, documentation, and procedures.
• Visit vendors, manufacturing facilities, and customer sites to evaluate equipment and product performance.
