Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related infrastructure experience.
• Experience in control center operations or transportation management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for incident notification and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient traffic operations and MOT within tunnels.
• Coordinate detection, assessment, and verification of incidents and emergencies.
• Provide real-time incident notifications to IRC and 911 dispatch.
• Transmit real-time traffic information to the TMC and coordinate responses.
• Operate life-safety systems per incident protocols and coordinate external agencies.
• Monitor tunnel conditions and ensure hazard-free environments.
• Maintain knowledge of SCADA/TSCS control systems and data metrics.
• Participate in training, drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
