Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a control center or transportation management environment preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe and efficient traffic operations and incident response in tunnels.
• Coordinate incident detection, assessment, and verification with emergency services.
• Provide real-time incident notifications to internal and external responders.
• Transmit live traffic information to TMC and coordinate responses with agencies.
• Operate life safety systems during incidents and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor tunnel surface for hazards and debris; conduct routine security monitoring.
• Participate in testing of SCADA/TSCS and emergency drills.
• Maintain expert knowledge of tunnel control systems and data accuracy.
