Job summary

United Data Technologies, Inc. seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead on-site at a Tulsa, OK customer location. You will ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of UDT services, acting as a trusted advisor and operational liaison between the customer and UDT.

The role requires strong customer relationship management, governance, and executive communications, with experience in MSP environments and complex IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management or related roles.
• Experience in MSP environments strongly preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise or public-sector customer relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams to achieve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Own the overall health and performance of UDT services delivered to the customer.
• Lead Monthly Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to achieve customer outcomes.
• Escalate service concerns and drive resolution through closure.
