Job summary

Raytheon Technologies' Digital Technology team seeks a Site Services Lead Manager to oversee IT service delivery at the Tucson campus onsite. You will drive demand planning, manage vendors, and ensure service levels align with contractual requirements, while supporting budgeting and compliance efforts.

Ideal candidate has extensive IT operations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with ITIL/PM methodologies.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years in related field.
Experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Infrastructure Operations or IT Generalist Management.
Experience with managing vendors / service providers.
U.S. citizenship required and eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the DT interface and liaison across campus sites, guiding DT services.
Engage with Site Leadership, Facilities, Operations and PM for demand planning.
Review requests for service enhancements and conduct cost evaluation and prioritization.
Monitor SLAs and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and performance.
Support AOP forecasting, capital planning, and expenditure tracking.
Ensure site compliance with Raytheon policies in unclassified environments.
