Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, scheduling, coordination, project management, operations and invoicing to deliver TDW solutions.
• Collect and review project information from internal/external customers to execute projects.
• Support quotes and invoices accuracy, compare to scope, and price accordingly.
• Generate and process change orders promptly.
• Monitor project objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings.
• Assign resources within the project team including vendors and subcontractors.
• Communicate project risk levels to customer and services organization.
• Collaborate on best practices and drive TDW culture.
