Job summary

Liberty Christian Academy is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Student Accounts Billing Specialist to manage student account billing, tuition payments, fees and extracurricular billing. This role supports families, staff and external partners with accurate invoicing and timely collections.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of non-profit office experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a Christ-centered character.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of non-profit office experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize needs based on deadlines.
• Born-again Christian who exemplifies Christian character.

Responsibilities

• Input tuition, fees and additional items for LCA and ELC students year-round to include schedule changes.
• Validate discounts and apply multi-child and staff credits.
• Review weekly before & aftercare and bus rosters to include emergency uses.
• Update student accounts from withdrawal submissions.
• Respond to parent/guardian billing inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate student records and accounts as LCA’s FACTS Specialist.
• Review Problem Activity Report, OA OE Report and contact families as needed.
• Assist with front desk coverage when the receptionist is out; answer phones and greet visitors for the OSA and Superintendent’s Office; generate receipts and record payments in Intacct and Facts.
• Assist with special events, open houses, re-enrollment, etc.
• Assist with other OSA duties when needed.
