Responsibilities

• Calling referred patients that come in via email, fax and phone.
• Follow-up with patients to schedule appointments.
• Communicates with the referring Doctor’s office.
• Assist with answering phones and managing appointments.
• Organizes interpreting for ASL patients.
• Maintains patient data and compliance with HIPAA.
• Handles data entry and information requests.
