• Coordinates and schedules patients' appointments accurately following established processes.
• Adheres to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies regarding patient privacy and security of medical information.
• Research issues across multiple databases and collaborate with clinics to resolve escalated issues.
• Manages messages for providers and nurses, initiates referrals, and responds to inquiries.
• Verifies patients' insurance coverage and educates patients about forms needed for visits.
